In collaboration with First Bahrain Real Estate Development, a unique neighborhood market was introduced in the Janabiya area, featuring retail shops over seeing a plaza area on the first floor. The 86,000 square foot plot hordes 23 units of restaurants and shops surrounding fountains in an open terrace area moderated by planters.

Horti Group contributed in the installation of all paving works and in the construction of fountains within the terrace area. Nevertheless, Horti’s team of professionals’technical proficiency permitted the firm to install all cladding works related to building elevations.
With the success of Mercado Retail Project, Horti was introduced to a new project in which the Real Estate Company embraced. A community village with a fourtytwo villas and townhouses required indoor marble works installations and outdoor paving installations that was highly executed by the group’s team.
